where does the time go?
My days are so hectic now that Christmas is here. We are finishing up at school with exams, boy will I be glad when that is over!! It seems like my days just flies by and there is so much to get done in a day. Well, the gym is still going good. I really wish I was a morning person, so I could go early in the morning. I feel so much better after I go to the gym. I hope everyone has a great week!!

killer days at the gym
I am so excited about my results. The past week in the gym has been killer. Kathy is making my workouts even harder, but I have seen results!!!! I am really enjoying this experience, and the compliments I have been getting. No matter how tired or ready to go home I am, I know that the last stop is the gym. Have a great rest of the week!!

Back to the swing of things
Hello,I just want to say thanks for this opportunity! I have just gotten back from almost two weeks in Isreal. I started out very good on my diet, but when I left it was very hard to count calories, so I just eat less and tried my best to diet. Well, I am going back to the gym tonight to get started again. I hope that through this blog, I can help someone else achieve their goal in a healthy lifestyle. Sandy Bell
Thanksgiving week
Well, I have weighed for the first time since we have started, and I have lost weight, but you will have to wait until the next news clipping comes out to find out how much. I am enjoying this experience so much! I am even coming in town tomorrow to work out even though I am off. I think the hardest part of all is counting calories. I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving!!

Meet Cassandra "Sandy" Bell
As a prospective bride, there are many areas of concern, worry and anxiety. Many of these we are hopeless to control other than to prepare and plan, then pray.
However, in the area of fitness and looking my best, I can be proactive. I can engage in rewarding activities which will benefit my wedding and will carry into life after the wedding.
While I am sure we all have excuses or reasons for being less than fit, mine find its genesis in illness. When in high school, I was an athlete. During my senior year, I was diagnosed with ulcerate colitis and was forced to take steroids as a result. Weight gain was immediate and prolific. My self esteem suffered as a result and had been a struggle of titanic proportions until recently.
My fiance changed my life, He sees me for me: Not what I was or may have been but what I am now. His love and support have enabled me to seek this step. It will, if afforded to me, not be wasted.
I look forward to the challenge and the results.
